GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in Michigan. This role supports the Store Manager and leads a team on busy shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations. You will manage registers, supervise staff, and help drive store performance.

The position requires open availability, weekend/holiday work, and a Food Safety Certification. Growth opportunities exist toward store leadership as you build retail leadership experience.

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
