At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead – PT to support store operations, open/close duties, and ensure adherence to company standards that drive sales.

As a frontline leader, you will train and coach team members, coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager, manage freight and stocking, and uphold safety, ethics, and customer experience in a busy warehouse-format store. Open availability for nights and weekends, exercise good judgment, and maintain a neat, organized store

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and Front-End processes with readiness and security.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing, labor standards, and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to hit goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, planning, and performance reviews.
• Lead daily huddles to communicate and train for the customer experience.
• Participate in freight processes and stock products on shelves.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
