Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading associates in a retail environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Minimum 1 year experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience managing a team of sales associates in retail or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates to support product categories.
• Set service, in-store operation, and safety goals and monitor progress daily.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
• Drive store opening/closing procedures and manage payroll within forecast.
• Monitor safety, shrink, and cleanliness to protect customers and inventory.
• Act as MOD to ensure customer service, staffing and store operations.
• Identify sales opportunities and plan actions to improve in-stock and margins.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and partner with HR for associate relations.
