Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in a large retail location. You will ensure a clean, safe, well-stocked store and deliver exceptional customer service while aligning to sales and margin targets.

The role requires 2 years leading associates, 3 years in a fast-paced environment, and experience with manager-on-duty duties. Travel is occasional and benefits are extensive.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
