Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year managing daily store operations and processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver quality customer service in a clean, safe store.
• Plan for spikes in sales and ensure in-stock positions.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safety practices.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager and Area staff.
