Qualifications

• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including daily store operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Anticipating customer flow and adjusting schedules to ensure coverage.
• Planning for spikes in sales and ensuring in-stock position to support demand.
• Conducting safety walks and coaching associates on safe work practices.
• Leading a team to achieve sales and margin goals while driving operational efficiencies.
• Collaborating with store leadership, District Manager, and Area staff to meet service, sales, and operational objectives.
• Rotating through Specialty and Operations assignments for cross-training and development.
