Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and margin, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role partners with HR, Asset Protection and Operations to execute Lowe’s strategy, manage expenses, merchandising standards, safety and workforce, and develop talent for store growth.

The candidate will build a strong store culture aligned with Lowe’s mission, analyze data to inform decisions, and serve as the brand ambassador in the local community.

Qualificações

• 4 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment, with Sales Volume exceeding 20M annually.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions and business planning.
• Experience managing/sponsoring the implementation of corporate or local change initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers who shop the store.
• Monitor the performance, profitability, and flow-through of store plans and programs.
• Champion and implement strategic asset protection plans that improve safety and security outcomes.
• Manage overall store operations including expenses, merchandising standards, compliance, safety, security, and workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy within the store.
• Build and support a store culture aligned to Lowe’s mission, recruit and develop talent, drive execution of sales strategies, and analyze data to inform store-specific strategies.
