Qualifications

• 1 year experience performing MOD responsibilities and managing daily store operations.
• 1 year experience directly managing a team of sales associates in retail or consumer service.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in retail store freight flow logistics.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership over supervisors and associates supporting product categories.
• Model behaviors to deliver customer service and maintain in-stock position.
• Set clear service and operational goals and track progress daily.
• Escalate customer complaints and act as MOD when needed.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures.
• Control payroll and store expenses while scheduling to meet forecasted payroll.
• Drive safety, shrink prevention, and proper signage.
• Walk the store to coach associates and drive sales.
• Ensure departments are staffed for customer traffic.
