Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership for department priorities.
• Build and lead a strong team through sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development; conduct annual reviews and promotions.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
