Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Assist in planning and executing department initiatives and staffing to meet budgets.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to optimize store operations and payroll.
• Build a strong team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOP policies with accountability.
