• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences with product knowledge and presentation.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and budgets.
• Create schedules and manage payroll to meet goals.
• Build and lead a team, coach teammates, and manage performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
