Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce SOP compliance through daily execution and communicate observations to store leadership.
