Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead in Grand Prairie, TX to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. This role validates day-to-day tasks, maintains accuracy, compliance, and standards across the store to support strong sales performance.

The position focuses on executing Standard Work, cash handling, and serving as Manager on Duty when needed, while collaborating with merchandising and leadership to uphold pricing accuracy and service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce SOP compliance through consistent daily execution and communicate observations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate inventory with receiving, storage, cycle counts and transfers; fulfill customer orders on time.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify pricing and signage accuracy through audits and correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and support corrective action.
