Yesway is seeking a store supervisor to support the Store Manager in Kentucky and neighboring regions. The role focuses on training staff, scheduling shifts, and resolving customer concerns while ensuring compliance with regulations and proper stock placement.

You will help with audits, guest transactions, and monitoring daily profits across multiple store operations. The position emphasizes hospitality to guests, ongoing supervision, and coordinating with vendors and teams to maintain store

Qualifications

• One year supervisory experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
