Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and front-end processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and sales goals.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and customer experience to drive profitability.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluation of team members.
• Lead daily huddles and communications to reinforce customer experience.
• Handle freight processes, sorting, and stocking, including end caps and merchandising.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.
