Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a dynamic selling culture by ensuring that all operations are maintained to company standards designed to drive sales. The OL works on opening, closing, training, and delegation of tasks while upholding safety and compliance.

This role requires willingness to lift and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store, coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage freight and inventory, and lead

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and Front-End processes with accurate execution and security.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, traffic, and customer experience.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Drive productivity through coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
• Lead daily team huddles to communicate customer experience improvements.
• Participate in freight processes and merchandising including end caps and stocking.
• All other duties assigned based on business needs.
• Open Availability (nights and weekends).
