Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and uphold company standards designed to drive sales. The role covers opening/closing, training, and task delegation while maintaining safety, compliance, and an ethical, active selling culture in a warehouse-style store.

The Operations Lead will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage daily workflows, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales.
• Plan and delegate daily/weekly tasks to meet store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Train, coach, monitor, and appraise team performance.
• Lead daily interactions and team huddles to reinforce the customer experience.
• Perform freight processes and stocking, maintain neat shelves and end caps.
• Other duties as assigned by business needs.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
