Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a sales-driven culture in a warehouse-style retail setting. The OL reports to the Assistant Store Manager and oversees opening, closing, training, and task delegation, while upholding safety and company standards.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, weekend availability, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and move merchandise routinely.
• Attention to detail and trustworthy behavior.
• Ability to train, develop, and lead a team effectively.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate key topics to the team.
• Handle freight processes and stocking, including end caps and merchandising.
• Perform duties as assigned by the business needs and maintain a clean store.
