Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a selling culture by upholding company standards and ensuring security.

The OL oversees opening, closing, training, and task delegation while promoting safety and compliance in a warehouse-format store, including frequent lifting and stocking. You will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage freight and inventory, mentor teammates, and drive guest satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and Front-End processes, ensuring readiness and security.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Train, coach, monitor, and appraise team performance.
• Lead daily team huddles to communicate and train on customer experience.
• Handle freight processes and stocking, maintain organized store.
• Open availability nights and weekends.
