Responsibilities

• Open/close store operations and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, traffic, and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance to improve productivity.
• Conduct daily team huddles to reinforce standards and customer focus.
• Process freight and maintain shelf presentation including down stocking and end caps.
• Perform any other duties required by business needs.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
