At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a selling culture in a dynamic warehouse-format environment. The role includes opening/closing, training, and delegating tasks while maintaining ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

The OL works closely with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, drive sales, and ensure customer experience. This position requires lifting, stocking, and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and front-end processes.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager on staffing and labor standards.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and delegate tasks to achieve goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance of team members.
• Process freight and stock merchandise on shelves, including end caps.
