Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a sales-driven culture. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and compliance standards in a warehouse-style retail setting.

The OL will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage labor models, and uphold customer interaction standards. Availability nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations, front-end processes, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet labor standards and sales goals.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet store goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Communicate and train topics to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Stock shelves, down stock, and maintain neat, clean store areas.
• Perform any other duties as needed by the business.
