At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and maintain a high-selling culture.

The role will handle opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and company standards in a warehouse-format store. The position requires enthusiasm for lifting, moving, stocking, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; able to lift and move merchandise in a warehouse format store.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations, front-end processes, and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload, assign tasks, and drive store/department goals.
