Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a high-energy selling culture. You will handle opening/closing, training, and task delegation while upholding company standards. The role requires lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse-style store environment and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

The position emphasizes ethical conduct, safety, and compliance as you collaborate with leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the store.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and Front-End tasks, ensuring readiness and security.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone workload to meet store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts to keep store profitable.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Assist with freight processes, stocking, and end-cap maintenance as needed.
