Job summary

At Home in Dallas seeks an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a high-energy selling culture. You will handle opening/closing, training, task delegation, and ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company standards.

You will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage freight and stocking, supervise tasks, and drive customer experience while maintaining a neat, organized store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Background check required.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store; front-end processes, housekeeping and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with ASM; monitor labor standards and policies.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety and loss prevention.
• Train, coach and monitor team performance.
• Lead freight processing and shelf replenishment.
