Job summary

At Home, a leading home decor retailer, seeks an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and uphold the company standards designed to drive sales. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation, fostering a busy, ethical, and safe warehouse-format store environment.

You will regularly lift and stock merchandise and assist in maintaining a high-energy selling culture. Open availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures and Front-End processes.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and delegate tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Drive productivity through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Lead daily team huddles and in-store communications to enhance customer experience.
• Manage freight processes, receive shipments, and stock shelving and end caps.
