Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and a dynamic selling culture by upholding company standards and leading daily operations. The role includes opening/closing, training, and task delegation while maintaining safety and compliance in a warehouse-style store environment.

The OL collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, meet labor model standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise in a warehouse-style store.

Responsibilities

• Execute store opening and closing procedures, front-end processes, housekeeping, and asset security.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, scheduling, and labor standards.
• Manage daily/weekly zone workload, assign tasks, and drive sales and guest engagement.
• Support inventory control, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance development of team members.
• Facilitate effective daily team huddles and communication to enhance customer experience.
• Handle freight processes, stocking, end caps, and maintaining a neat store environment.
