Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and a high-energy selling culture. You will handle opening/closing, training, and task delegation while upholding company standards, safety, and compliance.

The role involves lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse-format store and contributing to a neat, organized environment. The position requires 18+ with a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs (team lift 100 lbs), flexible availability including

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Background Check will be completed.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Handle store opening and closing, including Front-End processes and housekeeping.
Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and labor standards.
Plan and assign daily/weekly zone tasks to achieve store and sales goals.
Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
Train, coach, and monitor team performance to drive customer experience.
