Job summary

• One year of leadership or retail key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handling system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash drops, refunds, and voids, and handles changes for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Maintains store security by holding keys and enabling backdoor access for deliveries.
• Partners with management to review orders, pricing, and stock levels.
