Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an associate to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and deliveries, and ensure overall readiness for daily operations. You will assist with returns, refunds, and register accuracy while delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and back door deliveries.
• Completes product returns and refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assists with inventory, pricing changes, and display revisions to support sales.
• Assists at Pharmacy out window as requested.
