Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash and pricing tasks, and assist customers with products and services in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role you will help maintain store conditions, assist with inventory and displays, and ensure a positive, distinctive Walgreens customer experience for every guest who visits the store.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Stores must remain compliant with pricing, signage, and local regulations.
