Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and Front-End processes with accurate execution.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and operations.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and monitoring results.
• Use daily huddles to communicate and train topics for the customer experience.
• Participate in freight processes and manage stocking and end caps.
• Handle freight, sorting, and stocking to keep shelves neat and organized.
• All other duties assigned based on business needs.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
