Responsibilities

• Perform store opening/closing and front-end processes with accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing with the Operations Manager to meet goals.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and assign tasks to achieve sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews of teammates.
• Facilitate daily team huddles to reinforce customer experience.
• Handle freight processes and maintain neat, organized shelves.
• Open availability to meet business needs.
