Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee store opening/closing, Front-End processes, and daily tasks to maintain company standards and drive sales. You will work with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, ensure safety, and support a high-velocity shopping environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, team lifting up to 100 lbs, and the ability to move merchandise in a warehouse-format store. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs to move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations, front-end processes, and housekeeping to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead, train, and coach team members to improve performance.
• Communicate via team huddles and daily interactions to reinforce standards.
• Handle freight processes, stocking, end caps, and merchandise placement.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
