Living Spaces in CA is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure execution of daily store operations, including cash handling, pricing accuracy, inventory integrity, and customer experience excellence. You will act as Manager on Duty when assigned and partner with merchandising to support floor resets and signage.

The role focuses on standardized work, reporting, and compliant processes to drive sales performance and operational efficiency in a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with cash handling and operating in a high-volume store is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale orders; act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via receiving, cycle counts, transfers, and pricing/signage audits.
• Support floor resets, product placement, and visual standards with merchandising.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to uphold service standards.
