• Maintains Associate coverage for service areas.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management.
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates.
• Collaborates with Management on training needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store procedures.
