Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at HomeGoods. This elevated role blends Coordinator duties with leadership responsibilities, requiring open availability including nights and weekends.

You will help maintain store operations and coach associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will cover openings and closings, support management on priorities, and help ensure policy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role or projects.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and support store operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned and coach Associates.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and safety procedures observed.
• Maintain adequate Associate coverage and adapt to priorities.
• Provide feedback and assist in training needs with Management.
