Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at HomeGoods in Nashua, NH. This role alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on maintaining store operations and a high level of customer service. Must have open availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, coaching, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and labor laws while supporting management on daily tasks and store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
• Proven problem solving skills
• Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
• Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
• Capable of multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates; provides progress updates
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
