Team members support store operations, adherence to policies, coaching of Associates, and proper execution of opening/closing tasks to ensure a safe, efficient shopping

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink-reduction goals.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates and coordinates training needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to Management.
