• Provide coaching and direction to Associates to meet store goals.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Coach team on customer service and loss-prevention practices.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
