Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Shirley, NY is hiring a Key Carrier who alternates with the Coordinator role and may act as Manager on Duty. The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong customer service focus.

You will help maintain store operations, supervise Associates, support training, and ensure procedures are followed to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers and protect company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned
