Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience in-store and online.
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Ensure tasks are completed and staffing coverage is maintained.
• Coach Associates and provide performance feedback.
• Support training needs to improve effectiveness.
• Adhere to labor laws and store procedures.
