Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas
• Ensures Associates adhere to operational procedures
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and Associates
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and safety policies
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
