Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment with leadership exposure.
• Ability to coach and mentor Associates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience for internal and external guests.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policy and procedures.
• Ensures store tasks are performed per plan and priorities adjusted as needed.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates and ensures proper coverage.
• Maintains open communication with management and staff on priorities and progress.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Supports safety and a clean, secure store environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
