HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier who alternates with the Coordinator role and leads in-store operations. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and delivers exceptional customer service while upholding store standards.

You will model leadership, supervise associates, coach team members, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and can adapt quickly, this role offers growth

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
