Five Below is seeking a Store Manager in Albuquerque to oversee daily store operations, stock receiving, and merchandising. You will manage opening/closing duties, security, and overall customer service while leading a team of associates and driving sales with effective staffing and training.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates and provide training on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and updates promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
