Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports

• Monitor competitive environment and advise adjustments
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue
• Participate in interviewing store personnel
• Communicate major milestones, developments, and concerns
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash policies
• Resolve customer concerns in the leader's absence
• Identify and rectify hazards and maintain equipment
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering
• Merchandise products to maximize sales
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and correct signage
• Contribute to payroll and loss budgeting and training new employees
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues
• Ensure timely completion of responsibilities and high customer service
