Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
• Communicate company strategy and core values to create teamwork
• Monitor competitive environment and advise adjustments to maintain company position
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue
• Participate in interviewing store personnel
• Ensure inventory procedures, cash controls, and product handling
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering
• Merchandise products to maximize sales
• Ensure quality and freshness of products and accurate signage
• Assist with payroll and loss control goals
• Supervise day-to-day team operations and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities and high customer service
• Comply with company policies and data security
