Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store activities, supervise staff, manage schedules, and develop operational plans. Starting wage is $25.00 per hour with a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in Year 2. This is a full-time, on-site position with typical responsibilities in staffing, inventory, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Schedule management and payroll responsibilities.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and cash control.
• Merchandise products neatly to maximize sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
