ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store activities, supervise the team, and help drive overall store performance, including scheduling and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

You will assist the direct leader with improving operating results, establish responsibilities and performance expectations, monitor inventory, cash controls, and safety, and ensure high standards of product quality and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
